the Fair Credit Reporting Act,
a signed release is required for all credit reports, and several
of the services we provide. A Tenant Release Form, a Pre-Employment
Release Form, a Landlord Release Form (which the Landlord or Manager
must sign prior to doing business) and a Human Resource Release
Form (which must be signed by a company official before we can conduct
pre-employment background investigations) are available upon request
or printable.

and customized to the needs of our clients. As a client, you are
notified as soon as any derogatory information is found.

given the opportunity to cancel at any time and pay only for the
services that have already been completed or are in the process
of completion and can not be canceled. We are known to 'go the
