Screening Services is owned and operated by Gaye Niederst and Brenda Peterson. Ms. Niederst and Brenda Peterson own and operate rental properties in Northeastern Ohio.

Our offices are open and staffed around the clock to provide our services when you need them. We encourage our clients to review the reports and call the office to review them with a person from our staff. There is never a charge to brainstorm a tenant/landlord problem and our e-mail is always answered promptly.

There are no annual dues or additional fees. Our client pays only for the services requested.
